Design Package 1: Strategic 12-Week Branding Package

A thorough, collaborative process with space for feedback and refinement.

• Weeks 1 to 3: Discovery and Strategy. Questionnaire review, brand strategy and vision alignment.
• Weeks 4 to 7: Brand Identity Design. Logo marks, typography, colour palette and visual identity system.
• Weeks 8 to 10: Brand in Action. One finished piece that puts your brand to work.
• Weeks 11 to 12: Final Files and Launch. Brand guidelines and final production files.
• Images and copy must be provided by the client.

You will have: a strategic custom brand, a full set of brand guidelines and one finished Brand in Action piece, with four weeks of post-project support.

Design Package 2: Fast Track 6-Week Package

Designed for clients who need high-priority delivery and are ready to hand over design authority. The speed comes from three agreements: your homework is complete before Week 1, you sign off the direction up front, and you trust my vision with minimal refinements.

• Before Week 1: onboarding quiz, questionnaire and worksheet complete.
• Week 1: kickoff, direction sign-off and strategy summary.
• Weeks 2 and 3: full identity design with creative autonomy.
• Week 4: one consolidated round of minor refinements, and your final brand files delivered.
• Week 5: your Brand in Action piece is designed.
• Week 6: one round of minor refinements, final sign-off and final payment.
• Brand Images and copy done for you.

If a feedback window is missed, a structural redesign is requested or extra rounds are needed, the project moves to the 12-week timeline. The accelerated delivery fee is non-refundable.

Brand in Action Options (both packages)

You choose one:

• Event print, such as a booth backdrop and table cover
• Business cards and stationery
• Package design for one product
• A social media campaign for one channel, with up to six designed posts

Design Package 3: Monthly Retainer

Strategic Brand Partner & Digital Marketing Specialist. For established businesses, and for brands I have designed or refined. Each month you choose one focus and I put your brand to work in that area.

How your months work

• First week: kickoff call, agree your first focus and set goals.
• Every week: a video call, your focus work in progress, and a chat line that's always open and never billed. I reply on business days, usually the same day.
• End of every month: a plain-English report on what we did, what it did for you and what's next. We decide together whether to change your focus.
• Final month: a review of the whole term. You can renew if no one is waiting for the next opening.

Website and app work begin with a written quote and require you to agree to the retainer for 3 or 6 months. I work with one retainer client at a time, first come, first served.
